REFUND POLICY.


We strongly encourage customers to carefully review product descriptions, images and measurements before making a purchase decision. This will ensure that the chosen item meets your expectations and aligns with your preferences.

In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged or defective item, pliz contact us within 2 days of receiving the product. We will promptly assess the issue and help in resolving the matter. Which  may include offering a replacement, or store credit.

We understand that exceptional circumstances may arise, and we are committed to addressing those individual concerns to the best of our capabilities.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on gift cards, or items purchased during Clearance sale.


Exchanges/Returns

Defective items must be reported 2 days of package arrival. If not reported within that time frame, we will not process it, and exchange refunds and cancellations are not issued for any reason.

  1.  Order Errors: If there has been an error with your order, such as receiving the wrong product or size, please notify our customer service team within two (2) days of receiving the item. We will gladly assist you in rectifying the issue by providing the correct item, size or offering store credit.
  2.   Defective Items: If you receive a product that is defective, damaged, or not functioning as intended, please contact our customer service team within two (2) days of receiving the item. Send pictures of the defects via email, Instagram or WhatsApp.

We will work swiftly to resolve the issue by repairing or replacing the item, or by providing store credit.

4. Return Shipping: When exchanging a product or returning an item for store credit, the shipping costs for returning the item to us, will be the responsibility of the customer. Unless it is a defective item(s) or sent in error. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure that the return reaches us safely.

IMPORTANT: Original Packaging must be well maintained, and merchandise should fit accordingly inside return boxes or envelopes to prevent damage. Please Note, that if you do not protect the package and upon receipt the item is further damaged, we will not accept the item and there will be no replacement or exchange.

Colors and Size may vary due to photography lenses, indoor/outdoor lighting, computer monitor resolutions. Most jewelry will have measurements in the description of the listing. Purchasing the wrong size do not qualify as defects or qualify for refunds.

 As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
